For those of you making plans to attend ALA mid-winter in Boston, here is information to assist you with your planning.

The Affinity Group will be meeting on Friday, January 15 from 1-5 pm.

Location: O’Neill Library Room 413, Boston College

Agenda: We will likely begin with a tour of the library at 1:00 or shortly thereafter.   Tour arrangements are not yet final, but Joan Overfield will continue to work on that.  The meeting agenda will be developed from your suggestions.   So please send me ideas for discussion.  We will put together a relaxed agenda shortly before the meeting date. 

Attendance:  We hope any of you attending midwinter will be able to attend this meeting.  For those not attending midwinter, we will make arrangements for those who request it, to join us by phone.   That information will be announced as we get closer to the date. 

Food:  Light snacks and beverages (both warm and cold).

Following tradition, attendees who can, will adjourn at the end of the meeting to a nearby restaurant for dinner.
