Reserves
The reserve collection makes
available assigned material that must be read by all students within a limited
period of time. A
request
form is available via the library homepage. Please email
(ntriggs@loyola.edu) or
call (410-617-6825) Nick Triggs, Reserves Coordinator, with questions about
reserves.
- Journal
Articles
- We ask that requests for articles to be placed on reserve be received
at least three weeks before the beginning of the semester. Materials
received by this time will be ready by the first day of classes.
- Journal articles are delivered electronically. This allows students
to access electronic course documents from any computer with Web
access 24 hours a day. Please bring photocopies of any documents
that need to be scanned for electronic reserves to the Circulation
Desk. Provide a clean, and if possible, first-generation copy of
the material. See
more information about e-reserves and Moodle.
- Additional articles requested for reserve as the semester progresses
can usually be made available to students within 24 hours.
