Instruction and Consultations

Instruction and Orientations

Research and instruction librarians are available to provide library research instruction to academic classes, and will also conduct faculty/staff orientations. These sessions are scheduled at the request of Loyola and Notre Dame faculty and staff at the Loyola / Notre Dame Library, in local campus classrooms, and at satellite locations such as Timonium, Columbia or the University Center in Harford County. The research and instruction librarians will customize a class to meet your needs. Please fill out the appropriate form below to request a class or orientation.

Research Consultations

Students, faculty, and staff of Notre Dame of Maryland University and Loyola University Maryland may request a one-on-one, 30-minute meeting with a librarian. The purpose of the consultation generally is to aid in finding and using resources for research and assignments. Providing information about your assignment or research goals ahead of time will help ensure a productive session.
