1. Find the citation for the article to which you wish to
link
2. Click on the Abstract link located in the article
3. Find the Digital Object Identifier
4. Add the prefix http://dx.doi.org/ to the DOI
For Example:
http://dx.doi.org/10.1109/IECON.1991.239043
5. Use the link converter
or add the ezproxy prefix to that URL to make it accessible
to off-campus users.

6. Test the link by copying it and pasting it
