Vol. 1, No. 2 Spring 2004
By Jack Ray, Associate Director and Gail Breyer,
Access Services Librarian
Color copying and printing are now available
on the main floor of the Library. One of the four new copiers
the Library has recently purchased makes color copies or prints
at a cost of $.50, and three of the new machines can copy, print,
or scan. You don’t have to buy a separate copy card any
more; just go to the Circulation Desk and set up a deposit account
for as much or as little as you wish. From your computer station
(if you are printing) or at the copier (if you are photocopying),
enter your account number and the amount needed will be deducted
from your deposit account. Black and white copies cost $.08. In
the future, the Library hopes to have technology in place that
will allow students to use either their Notre Dame or Loyola campus
debit card for copying and printing.
