Our Mission...
The Office of Leadership and New Student Programs serves many functions to assist students both in their transition to college life and in their development as value-driven leaders in a diverse and changing world.

As the office that oversees the orientations for new and transfer students, we seek to help students in their social, academic and personal transitions to Loyola.  Through work with our orientation leaders, (the Evergreens) and many offices across campus we develop programs with a focus on connecting students with the valuable resources on campus in the best way possible.

We are also a campus resource for student leadership.  There are several programs coordinated by the office that help our student leaders to collaborate across groups or continue to develop their leadership skills.  In addition, our office holds various conferences for over 200 of our students each year.  Finally, the Leadership Resource Center has extensive resources available to browse or borrow.
