Precondition #9	The institution is fully accredited by the appropriate institutional accrediting agency that is recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Commission for Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation.
Precondition 9.1	A copy of the latest accreditation letter from the institutional accrediting agency showing that there is reasonable assurance of the overall quality of the institution in the general areas of finance, administration, facilities, student personnel, faculty, and instruction.
