RoadTrip a Perfect Fit for Sophomores Facing Big Decisions If your son or daughter is a member of the Class of 2012 looking for direction in choosing a major, discerning his/her career path, developing or maintaining meaningful relationships, or just wants some time to reflect on the sophomore year experience, he or she should consider signing up for RoadTrip 2010. RoadTrip is a three-day retreat that takes place Jan. 8-10 at Willow Valley Resort. Through structured programs and time for reflection, RoadTrip helps students explore and clarify how their passions and talents can come together in making vocational and career choices. This retreat also provides students with the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with their peers, faculty, and administrators.Students interested in attending RoadTrip must register with the office of sophomore initiatives by Monday, Dec. 7. The University subsidizes RoadTrip's cost, reducing the registration fee to $75. If your student is interested in RoadTrip but cost is a concern, please contact the office of sophomore initiatives to discuss a solution. For additional information, review the RoadTrip Web site at www.loyola.edu/sophomoreinitiatives/programs/roadtrip or contact the office of sophomore initiatives at 410-617-5696 or sophomoreinitiatives@loyola.edu. | ||
