Loyola Mourns Alumni Relations Director Scott Stuart

Scott Stuart

Scott Stuart, Director of Alumni Relations at Loyola College in Maryland, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 7. He was 43.

“Scott brought an extraordinary level of energy and enthusiasm to his work, and he truly understood the powerful connection our alumni have with Loyola,” said Michael Goff, Vice President for Development and College Relations. “His commitment, creativity and spirit will be greatly missed.”

Stuart joined Loyola in 2007. He previously served his alma mater, Niagara University in Lewiston, NY, as Director of Alumni Relations for more than three years. Previous positions included Vice President for Marketing and Community Relations for OBA Bank; Development Director and Director of Major Gifts for the Boy Scouts of America; and Assistant Vice President for M&T Bank.

He is survived by his mother, Anne; brothers Sean and Brian; sister Tracy; and sister-in-law, Yvonne.
