Loyola golfer Jay Mulieri, ’12, will compete in the Maryland State Amateur championship on Tuesday, June 9, beginning at 7 a.m. at the Chevy Chase Club just outside of Washington, D.C. A Silver Spring resident, Mulieri will face Zach Lese in the 36-hole final.

Mulieri’s brother, Michael, ’09, won the 87th annual Maryland State Amateur Championship in June 2008.
