Pathways to Peer Leadership

Pathways to Peer Leadership is designed for first year students to start off their Loyola career as leaders, while acclimating to the Loyola and Baltimore Community. Pathways to Peer Leadership is a certification training program which trains the principles of peer education, listening skills, responding and referral skills, confrontation skills, presenting and programming skills and taking care of yourself. Students who pass the certification test at the completion of this program will receive a certificate of completion.

Pathways to Peer Leadership participants will have the opportunity to meet other student leaders and administrators. Upper-class students share their wisdom about peer leadership and how to make the best out of your college experience. Students will have the opportunity to explore Baltimore and the Loyola community, participate in team-building activities, and be prepared to be leaders and peer educators on the Loyola campus.

Pathways to Peer leadership is a great introduction to peer leadership and college life at Loyola. Pathways to Peer Leadership is coordinated by the Peer Education Program. For more information about Certified Peer Educator Training, visit the Bacchus Network website.
