What else do you need to do?

While we have your attention...Registering for Orientation is just one step of becoming a new student.

ALL STUDENTS MUST ALSO:

  • Complete the college health forms.

Bring these to your doctor as soon as possible and return them in the enclosed envelope no later than July 20, 2008.  It is recommended that you make an appointment with your health care provider when you receive this booklet so that you can have it completed and receive any necessary vaccinations.  You can find more information, and a printable version of the form here

  • Attention student athletes!

If you are planning to play intercollegiate Athletics, you must also complete some additional health forms and information.  You can do so by visiting their site and downloading the Intercollegiate Athletics Health Information Booklet here

  • Students with documented disabilities

All students with documented disabilities should register with Disability Support Services.  This office arranges services and accommodations for students with disabilities in order to provide academic, physical and electronic access to all College Programs.  Students will be required to provide current and comprehensive documentation of disabilities.  Click here for more information.
