Fall Semester Hours - 2009

The Office of Technology Support (OTS) is available during the hours shown below. Telephone support is available by calling 410-617-5555. Walk-in support is located in Knott Hall 108 on the Evergreen Campus and at the front desks at the Timonium and Columbia campuses. Classroom support for faculty will be available during all scheduled class times by calling the telephone number posted in each classroom.

The OTS is the gateway to all services and support provided by Loyola's Technology Services Group. It provides technical assistance to all members of the Loyola College community. All problems related to technology, including requests for the repair of Loyola-owned hardware, software, telephones, network connectivity and cable TV must be reported to the OTS so that the problem can be tracked and a repair technician dispatched.

The OTS also provides other services which are unrelated to technical problems such as taking reservations for audiovisual equipment, laptop computers and computer labs. When it relates to technology at Loyola, the OTS provides “one stop shopping!”
