Colleague Accounts The databases that Loyola uses to conduct its official business processes. It is divided into six main applications: Financial; Student; CORE; two for programmers and Advancement, which is being developed for implementation in January 2010. To request, your manager should send an email to colbenaccounts@loyola.edu requesting the creation of the account. Needed information is the name of another user (to use a as model of the access) and specific budget numbers that the new user will access. Colleague Accounts for Non-Employees Refer to the forms section of human resources. A manager may download Non-Employee Request Form and follow the directions provided.
