Blackboard Blackboard is Loyola’s course and organization online management system. All Loyola students, faculty, staff and administrators have Blackboard accounts. Blackboard allows you to access your courses, access organizations in which you are participating, as well as use many other features. Citrix / "Anywhere Apps" Citrix, or "Anywhere Apps" (previously known as “More Software”), provides access to applications hosted at Loyola that are not available to you on your local computer. While using Citrix you will also have access to your network storage (G: & H:). You can access Citrix by visiting Inside Loyola and selecting Anywhere Apps from the applications Web part. Web Advisor WebAdvisor gives students, faculty and employees secure access to administratively maintained personal information. You can access Web Advisor through Inside Loyola, without need for further login, to gain access to your grades, stipends, position summary, enroll in benefits and much more. Microsoft Office Suite A collection of interrelated desktop applications that includes word processing, spreadsheet, data base management, presentation, etc. Loyola University Maryland provides Office 2007 (PC) & 2008 (Mac) to all faculty, administrators and staff for use in managing day-to-day communication and collaboration projects while at work and for home use. Microsoft Office Communicator Office Communicator 2007 (PC) or Messenger (Mac) is a unified communications application that helps end users be more productive by enabling them to communicate and collaborate easily with others in different locations or time zones using a range of different communication options, including instant messaging (IM), voice, desktop sharing and video. Integration with programs across the Microsoft Office system - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint - gives end users many different ways to communicate directly from the context of their tasks. From the StartMenu, go to Settings, and click on Control Panel. In the window that appears,clickon"Add/Removeprograms", highlight your old AntiVirus software and uninstall or remove it. - Paste your selection

PC, option 2 - If you have PrintKey 2000 Installed
- Press "Print Scr"
- A camera shutter sound can be heard and a new window pops up with the image of what's on the monitor.
- You can choose to select an object or use the rectangle key to select whatever part of the screen you want.
