Marc Camille came to Loyola in 2006 after serving as Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at Xavier University in Cincinnati. A graduate of Rollins College in Florida, Camille earned his master’s in Liberal Studies from the University of Miami. He also completed the Institute for Research in Higher Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. As vice president for enrollment management and communications, Camille is responsible for developing and managing Loyola's long term enrollment and marketing strategies. The division of enrollment management includes the offices of undergraduate admission, graduate admission, financial aid, institutional research, public relations, and creative services.

Susan Donovan

Susan Donovan, Ph.D.

Susan Donovan began at Loyola in 1985 as Dean of Residence Life. She then became Dean of Students before accepting her current position as Vice President for Student Development in 1992. A graduate of Buena Vista College in Iowa, Donovan holds an M.S. in Student Personnel in Higher Education from Florida State University and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Saint Louis University. Donovan is responsible for the overall management and organization of the College’s student services, such as residential life, counseling, athletics, health services, student conduct, career development, student activities and disability support services.

John Palmucci joined Loyola in 1994 after serving 14 years as Vice President for Fiscal Affairs at Merrimack College in Massachusetts. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Management and a M.B.A. from Northeastern University. Palmucci serves as the College’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer, providing leadership and direction for a major operating division enabling fulfillment of the institution’s mission and goals through sound fiscal management, prudent stewardship of resources and student-centered delivery of services. His division includes financial services, technology services, and facilities and campus services.

Terrence SawyerTerrence Sawyer, J.D.

Terrence Sawyer became Vice President for Administration in 2004 after six years as Special Assistant to the President for Government and Community Relations and Trustee Affairs. Prior to joining Loyola, Sawyer served as a director at the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development. A 1992 graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, Sawyer earned his juris doctor from Widener University in 1995. Sawyer currently leads the College’s government and community relations initiatives, and oversees trustee affairs and the Departments of Public Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Transportation and Parking, and Human Resources. Sawyer also serves as an affiliate faculty member in the Department of Law and Social Responsibility.

David Sears

David Sears joined Loyola in July of 2008 after serving three years as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD. Prior to Montgomery, Sears spent more than 15 years in positions of increasing fund raising leadership responsibility at Georgetown University, his alma mater. Sears holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown and an M.B.A. from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. At Loyola, Sears is responsible for leading Loyola’s annual and capital fundraising and alumni relations efforts.

Timothy Law Snyder

Timothy Law Snyder came to Loyola in 2007 after serving as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Fairfield University for six years. Prior to Fairfield, Snyder served Georgetown University as Dean of Science from 1995-1999. A 1981 graduate of the University of Toledo, Snyder holds both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Princeton University. Snyder currently oversees all academic functions at Loyola, including the operations of undergraduate and graduate programs in the College of Arts and Sciences and the Sellinger School of Business and Management, as well as the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs. This includes faculty recruitment and development as well as continually improving the College's academic programs.
