| | | 2006-07 Team Summary The Loyola Flying Pagodas had a tremendous season with lots of fun and good times. We played our hearts out all season long and it showed in our games. In the Fall season we finished 3rd at Goucher, and at Haverford we moved from 16th up to 9th. Then the long winter came and the Flying Pagodas were grounded, but not for long. As soon as the temperature was above freezing people could see the Flying Pagodas practicing. In the Spring we only had 3 tournaments, one being a week-long affair in Savannah Georgia. In the warm weather we played well, made many new friends, and strengthened our technical skill and the relationships we had with each other. After the great week of Frisbee in Savannah we played in a tournament with the most elite teams in the country and it showed us what we needed to do to become the best Ultimate Frisbee team we could be. The following weekend we came in second at Rowan University’s tournament. |
