Fitness Programs The primary goals of the Fitness Programs available at Loyola College are to enhance the lifelong fitness pursuits of the Loyola community. A variety of activities are available to all Loyola students, faculty, staff & administration and alumni from weight training and group exercise to fitness assessments. There is time for fitness in everyone's life and Recreations Sports strives to provide great places to stay healthy and fit. We look forward to serving the Loyola community throughout the year.
