Cardio Kickboxing:Tired of bench classes, steppers and treadmills? How about a workout that accomplishes better results and at the same time you learn basic Martial Arts techniques? Kick! Jab! Cross! Come join this high cardio, high impact class. Improve strength, muscle tone, endurance while reducing body fat and stress levels. Cardio Sculpt:Start your week off right with this high intensity cardio workout followed by a toning session of arms, legs and abs. Get ready to sweat and tone up! Jump and Pump:It's everything rolled into one. Warm up using the jump ropes and then move into some serious strength training - Break up each body part with another round with the ropes!!!!!! Pilates:Achieve total body sculpting by improving flexibility, sculpting lean muscles and reshaping your body from head to toe. Improve muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone through physical and mental conditioning. This is a fitness regime that combines stretching and strengthening exercises designed to work the entire body in fluid movements. Resist-A-Ball:This class focuses on overall muscle conditioning through core stabilization, back, upper and lower body exercises. An incredible new way to get a great overall muscle workout. Get on the ball! Spin:Unlike aerobics, cycling is a non-impact activity that can be easier on the joints than high-impact forms of exercise such as running or step class. Our instructor takes participants on a "virtual" outdoor road tour complete with hills, valleys, and finish lines. Get a great cardiovascular workout and burn calories. Sports Conditioning:This is the ULTIMATE interval class. Forget the tricky choreography of aerobics; this class is geared to give you a Total Body Conditioning workout without all the frill! We will focus on testing your strength and muscular endurance and push your anaerobic threshold by introducing plyometrics, coordination drills, and sports specific exercises. Bringing a towel and a water bottle is highly recommended. If you want a REAL challenge, then this class is for you! Yoga:Strengthen your body, quiet your mind and enliven your spirit! Warm up exercises and gentle yoga postures combined with guided meditation help you look and feel happier and healthier. Stay firm and increase strength and flexibility while reducing stress. Learn a wide range of exercises and relaxation techniques through a flow of movement and postures. Intermediate Yoga: This class is taught very similar to the "Yoga" class only with more advanced positions and higher intensity levels. It is strongly recommended that you have prior Yoga instruction and experience before taking this class. This class is not designed for the "first time" Yoga participants. Individuals with little Yoga experience, or any individual with any physical limitations (muscle, bone and/or joint) should not take this class. Please consult with the instructor prior to the start of class if you have questions regarding the intensity level of the class. Yogalates:The best of Yoga and Pilates! Strength and stretch while sculpting your body. Precision Pilates balancing and core movements are combines with the flow of yoga postures and breathing to achieve an overall toned, flexible body. Open to all levels and great to counteract muscle soreness from strength training, cardio and sports. You are sure to break a sweat in this rigorous class, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and revitalized. 15 Min Abs: Do you have the guts for this intense 15-minute session designed specifically to target the abdominal area? Join as we strengthen and tone our abs immediately after Body Jam (you don’t have to participate in Jam to attend this session).
