Group Exercise

Group Exercise is not just "aerobics" anymore.  The goal of Group "X" program is to offer fun and diverse programs to aid all of your fitness needs.  We strive to offer a variety of classes ranging from mind-body to high intensity traditional classes.  All classes are free and offered in one of our two group exercise studios.

Tonight's 6:30-7:30pm Group Cycling Class will be cancelled.  All other classes will run as scheduled.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
