Group Exercise is not just "aerobics" anymore. The goal of Group "X" program is to offer fun and diverse programs to aid all of your fitness needs. We strive to offer a variety of classes ranging from mind-body to high intensity traditional classes. All classes are free and offered in one of our two group exercise studios. You may find that some classes will be full, so plan ahead and arrive early to sign up for the class you want to attend. Sign-ups for classes will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of each class at the Fitness and Aquatic Center Welcome Desk.
