Group Exercise Group Exercise is not just "aerobics" anymore. The goal of Group "X" program is to offer fun and diverse programs to aid all of your fitness needs. We strive to offer a variety of classes ranging from mind-body to high intensity traditional classes. All classes are free and offered in one of our two group exercise studios.
