| Eligibility of Use: - The use of the Fitness and Aquatic Center and its related programs is intended for the students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni of Loyola College in Maryland.
- All registered, full-time undergraduate students (registered for 12 credit hours or more) will have full member privileges to the Fitness and Aquatic Center. The cost associated with these privileges is covered in each students comprehensive fees.
- Current, part-time undergraduate students (registered for less than 12 credit hours) and graduate students are eligible to join the Fitness and Aquatic Center as a member by the term. Membership enrollment is required prior to using the facility.
- Faculty, staff, and administrators are eligible to enroll in membership and must do so prior to using the facility OR pay a $5 guest fee per visit with the presentation of a valid Loyola ID card.
- Alumni of Loyola College in Maryland (those who have received a degree from an undergraduate, graduate program, or certificate of advanced study) are eligible to enroll in membership and must do so prior to using the facility.
Facility Access: - A valid Loyola/Membership ID card or a valid Drivers license is required for entrance into the facility. Individuals will not be granted access without one of the above forms of identification.
Guest Use: - Each adult member is eligible to sponsor up to two guests per visit. Members and Guests will be asked to complete appropriate paperwork and pay a $5 per person/per visit guest fee upon entering the facility.
- Members must greet and personally check-in each guest at the FAC Welcome Desk and must directly supervise their guest at all times while in the facility.
- Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to sponsor a guest.
- Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Fitness Center (Cardio/Strength equipment area) or group fitness classes.
Registration: - All registration occurs in the Member Services Office Area unless otherwise specified. This includes membership enrollment, registration for instructional classes and intramural activities. Please refer to Membership Opportunities for a listing of the Member Services Office Hours.
