Directions to Campus

Loyola is located in a residential area of North Baltimore, at the corner of North Charles Street and Cold Spring Lane.

Whether traveling to Baltimore from the north, the south or the west, the most convenient and accessible route to campus is to use I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway). Proceed to the north side of the Beltway, and take Exit 25 (Charles Street) and proceed south on Charles Street approximately 7 miles. The University’s main entrance is on North Charles Street, immediately before Loyola's pedestrian bridge. Follow signs for parking.

NOTES:

1. You will come to Loyola’s Fitness and Aquatic Center before you reach the main campus entrance. On the corner by the Fitness Center, you will see a large Loyola sign. Keep driving south 1 block to our main entrance. Remember – look for the large pedestrian bridge over Charles Street and turn left into campus there.

2. We strongly recommend these directions as the easiest route rather than most Internet directions. We’ve tried to minimize the chances of taking a wrong turn. In addition, the drive down Charles Street from the Baltimore Beltway is one of the nicest and most interesting routes in Baltimore, passing Baltimore’s Jesuit High School, Loyola Blakefield, the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, the Friends School and our neighbor, the College of Notre Dame.
