ID Cards CAMPUS WIDE ONECARD All Loyola College employees and students are required to have a current ID card (Campus OneCard) in their possession while on Campus. ID cards can be obtained from Student Administrative Services located in Maryland Hall, Room 140, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Incoming freshmen photographs are taken during Summer Orientation and ID cards are distributed on their return in the Fall. The card is primarily used for identification and use of the Loyola College/Notre Dame Library. Other features include the Evergreen Account (a flexible spending account), Restricted Meal Account, and access to certain facilities and parking lot gates on the Campus. Additional features will be added in the future. If your card is lost, please notify the College immediately so that no one else can use your card. You may notify SAS during regular office hours and Campus Security at (410)-617-5010 at any other time. There is a $15 replacement fee for all lost cards, payable by cash, check, credit card, or Evergreen account. Loyola has two different debit accounts: Evergreen Account and Meal Account. Evergreen Account: is a flexible spending account that is a part of the Campus Wide OneCard (ID). It is a pre-paid debit card that eliminates the hassle of carrying cash on campus. Deposits can be made at Student Administrative Services located Maryland Hall, Room 140, Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM or online at www.loyola.edu/blackboard. Cash withdraws are not permitted from your Evergreen account. When using the Evergreen Account, a PIN number is entered upon making purchases at most locations. Everyone is assigned a temporary PIN number. Prior to using the Evergreen account, the cardholder should come to SAS to pick their own personal secret number. Restricted Meal Account: The Restricted Meal Account allows a family to deposit money into an account that can only be used at dining facilities on campus. Additional, funds may be deposited in the meal account at any time in Student Administrative Services or online through Blackboard. The money in this account may only be spent for campus food service items. Funds deposited in this account will be carried over from semester to semester until completely used. Unspent balances can be refunded, just contact SAS and a check will be mailed to the student's home address. Another benefit of the Restricted Meal Account is that all purchases are exempt from the 5% Maryland State Sales Tax. Deposits to both your Evergreen and Meal Accounts can be made online: click here to be taken to Blackboard Academic Suite, these deposits are available to the students immediately! Once there, you will find the Evergreen Card Deposits box. Just enter the student's first name in the first box (be sure to capitalize the first letter only), student's last name in the second box (again, capitalize the first letter only), and the student's identification number in the third box (the ID number must be nine (9) numbers; simply add two or three zeros to the front of the number to make the nine digits), then hit the Deposit Funds button. You will then be taken to a secure web page where you will chose to deposit to either the Restricted Meal or Evergreen Account. Enter all of the information and click the Submit button, you will be taken to a Confirm Deposit page to verify that the information entered is correct, click the Submit button and the deposit will be made.
