CAMPUS WIDE ONECARD
All Loyola University Maryland employees and students are required to have a current ID card (Campus OneCard) in their possession while on Campus. ID cards can be obtained from Student Administrative Services located in Maryland Hall, Room 140, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Incoming freshmen photographs are taken during Summer Orientation and ID cards are distributed on their return in the Fall. The card is primarily used for identification and use of the Loyola College/Notre Dame Library. Other features include the Evergreen Account (a flexible spending account), Dining Advantage Account, Primo's Power Plan, and access to certain facilities and parking lot gates on the Campus. Additional features will be added in the future.

If your card is lost, please notify the University immediately so that no one else can use your card. You may notify SAS during regular office hours and Campus Security at (410)-617-5010 at any other time. There is a $15 replacement fee for all lost cards, payable by cash, check, credit card, or Evergreen account.

Debit Accounts

Loyola has three different debit accounts: Evergreen Account, Dining Advantage Account and Primo's Power Plan.

Evergreen Account: is a flexible spending account that is a part of the Campus Wide OneCard (ID). It is a pre-paid debit card that eliminates the hassle of carrying cash on campus. All purchases with the Evergreen account are subject to Maryland State Sales Tax of 6%.  Deposits can be made at Student Administrative Services located Maryland Hall, Room 140, Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM or online at www.loyola.edu/blackboard.

The Evergreen account can be used as select off campus retailer locations.  Click here for the latest list of retailers.

Cash withdraws are not permitted from your Evergreen account.

When using the Evergreen Account, a PIN number is entered upon making purchases at most locations. Everyone is assigned a temporary PIN number. Prior to using the Evergreen account, the cardholder should come to SAS to pick their own personal secret number.

The card can be used to purchase goods and services at the following on campus locations:

  • Information Services
  • Post Office
  • Refectory
  • Theater Box Office
