Dr. Richards is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor for the Department of Information Systems, Law and Operations for the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland. Her teaching background includes advanced database programming, decisions support and business intelligence, systems analysis, python programming, Introduction to MIS and a variety of entry level computing courses. Her research explores the discoverability of personal data used in primary and secondary authentication systems which reveal pertinent trends in privacy and data sharing which impact authentication protocol design and application. Future work is planned to extend findings to develop meaningful understandings of privacy in context and apply security implications to the development of policy and design of human-computer interactions.
