Dr. John W. Michel is an assistant professor of management in the Sellinger School of Business & Management at Loyola University Maryland. He received his Ph.D. from the Organizational Studies program at the University at Albany, State University of New York majoring in organizational behavior and human resources management. Dr. Michel's research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Performance, Information & Management, the Journal of Leadership & Organizational Studies, Journal of Applied Social Psychology and the Journal of Service Management. He teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, human resource management and research methods. Prior to coming to Loyola University Maryland, Dr. Michel taught in the College of Business & Economics at Towson University.
He also taught at the Quality Leadership University in Panama as a visiting faculty member.
