High Impact Leadership
This High Impact Leadership seminar is for professionals who are in or aspire to positions of leadership, responsibility, and accountability. Participants will assess their leadership competencies against benchmarks of true leadership. A contemporary business case will be used to drive the concepts home and provoke thought. Participants in this seminar will present their recommendations to solve the case’s dilemma, and the group will critically examine and debate the best solution before the epilogue is provided.
The Loyola Difference: The High Impact Leadership seminar develops leadership skills in the distinct Loyola tradition: reflecting on personal experiences, discerning individual competencies, leading through inspiration, and focusing on action, so that participants’ develop a personal leadership philosophy.
