Loyola University Maryland’s unique values-centered approach challenges you to grow academically and personally. You will hone your leadership skills and test your ethical decision-making capabilities through a variety of real world experiences including live cases, mentoring, and internships. You will also participate in domestic and international field studies in which you will be immersed in new business climates and cultures.

As a student and alumnus of the Emerging Leaders MBA you will have access to Loyola University Maryland’s Career Services team, which is dedicated to connecting you with organizations in need of your expertise. Upon graduation you will join an elite network of more than 12,000 professionals throughout the region’s leading business, non-profit, and government organizations.

This was the highlight of the program for me, the development of self: understanding what I excelled at, what I needed to work on, as well as really discover what I could see myself doing in the upcoming years.
