Curriculum

Our 53-credit program addresses a key question throughout the curriculum:

How do competent, credible, confident emerging leaders contribute to sustainable value creation for all stakeholders?

The lockstep curriculum immerses you in a rigorous and relevant education. Supporting the core business theories and fundamentals, our unique Jesuit values-centered approach will challenge you to grow on all levels, honing your leadership skills and testing your ethical decision-making capabilities through a variety of real world experiences, including live cases, internships, mentoring, and international field studies. You’ll find your character strengthened as you test everything against an ethical framework. This innovative MBA program was designed for those bright young minds who possess an uncanny ability to look at themselves, others, and the world and explore new ways of thinking. These are tomorrow’s leaders and we need them to get moving on the challenges that lie ahead, taking their place in a new world that is increasingly more global-yet-fragile and filled with exciting opportunities.

As a graduate of the Emerging Leaders program, you will have the requisite skills to accelerate your career bringing increased business knowledge and leadership aptitude to all that you do. Your MBA and the overall experience gained through the ELMBA will provide the strongest foundation possible for your continued success.
