Aim 1. Leadership/Teamwork
Objective 1: Develop graduates who can analyze organizational situations, understand and communicate the underlying forces, determine appropriate responses, and implement solutions.
Objective 2: Develop graduates who can work and communicate effectively with diverse team members to identify and solve problems to make decisions.
Aim 2. Ethics and Social Responsibility
Objective 1: Develop graduates who are ready to act based upon knowledge of legal principles, classical ethical guidelines, and beliefs about what it means to be socially responsible.
Aim 3. Integrated Knowledge of Business in a Global Environment
Objective 1: Develop graduates who can take strategic, integrative, and innovative approaches to business decisions to create value in an increasingly global environment.
