Whether you are looking for a rewarding job or an extraordinary employee, we are here to connect our students and alumni with the companies who need their expertise. The Career Center at Loyola University Maryland provides free, comprehensive services to all of its undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni.  These services include identifying and exploring career options, formulating a career action plan, networking with alumni and employers, consulting for career changers, guidance for those seeking a promotion,and implementing an effective job search. 

Our undergraduate students are encouraged to complete at least two internships prior to graduation and our Emerging Leaders MBA program has an internship built in as a part of the curriculum. On-Campus Recruitment Program

For full-time, part-time, internship, or summer opportunities, employers are invited to conduct campus interviews with undergraduate and graduate candidates from Loyola University Maryland. We will work closely with you in selecting the most appropriate date for your visit and assist you with advertising your positions to potential candidates.

Over 150 Fortune 500 companies recruit Loyola undergraduates, graduate students, and alumni for full-time, part-time, internship, and summer opportunities.

Information Sessions or Information Tables

Schedule a corporate presentation to educate students about your organization, what opportunities are available, and introduce them to your recruiting team. These sessions can also serve to increase awareness of your company/organization prior to your campus interview date. An online recruiting software program which offers employers the ability to post full and part-time jobs, internships, and summer opportunities for free to employment-seeking candidates. HireLOYOLA is also used to manage the On-Campus Recruitment Program by allowing employers to view their on-campus interview schedule(s), monitor applications, and view student resumes.

Posting a Job or Internship Opportunity
Employers can post an internship or employment opportunity in numerous ways:

  • Submit your posting through HireLOYOLA via your individual employer account
  • Submit your posting through The Career Center’s Employer Resources page (use the post a position link under "Recruit a Greyhound)
  • Email your job descriptions and qualifications to The Career Center.
