DESCRIPTION: The GMAT is designed to help graduate schools of business assess the qualifications of applicants for advanced study in business and management. The test consists of four separately timed sections: two 30-minute writing sections and two 75-minute multiple choice sections and is designed to measure general verbal, mathematical, and analytical writing skills. This course prepares the student for each section of the test. Students receive course books with examples, exercises, and timed tests for each part of the exam plus exercises for additional home study. The test is only available in a computer-adaptive format. Students will also receive computer disks to help them become accustomed to the CAT format. To schedule an appointment to sit for the GMAT test, students can go to www.mba.com .
