About OAE: Sophomore Trips In conjunction with the Office of Sophomore Initiatives, the Department of Recreational Sports/Outdoor Adventure Experience (OAE) is pleased to offer Sophomore Adventures. Come out and play with OAE this year! No experience is needed unless it is otherwise specificed. Trips do fill up extremely fast and registration is on a first come, first serve basis and takes place at Basecamp (located on the second floor of the Fitness and Aquatic Center), or sign up in Boulder Gardens during the lunch hours. Payments must be made in full to reserve a spot and can be made with cash, checks, or the evergreen card. All trips involve a pre-trip meeting. Sea Kayaking
Get away from campus and paddle the beautiful waterways of the mid-Atlantic and spend a little fun in the sun with yout classmates in a sea kayak. It’s a fun, relaxing way to break up life’s routine.

Below the earth is a world few will ever visit. Come explore and get dirty in the exciting underground world of caving. Check out one of the region’s great wild caves.
