Danielle Matrangola

Danielle Matrangola graduated from Loyola College with a M.S. in 1995.  Formerly Senior Speech-Language Pathologist at Laurel Regional Hospital heading programs for Quality Assurance, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, Functional Independence Measure, and protocols for tracheostomy/ventilator and student supervision, and specialized in computerized approaches to rehabilitation.  Other experiences include working with adult neurogenic disorders and dysphagia in sub-acute, acute care, and outpatient settings.  Currently she chairs the Maryland Speech-Language-Hearing Association Adult Service Delivery Committee and was awarded honors for service in developing continuing education and mentorship programs for Maryland speech-language pathologists.  She is both a clinical and academic faculty member who supervises in both the Externship and Maryland State Department of Education partnership programs and teaches Ethics and Professional Issues at the graduate level.
