Lisa A. Jones

Lisa A. Jones received her B.A. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Forman University, an M.Ed. in Communication Disorders from Florida Atlantic University, and an M.A. in Liberal Studies from Loyola College in Maryland. She previously worked as a speech-language pathologist for Sylvan Learning Systems, for Baltimore City Public School System, and for Children's National Medical Center. She has a special interest in working with toddlers and preschoolers with articulation and language delays and working with school-aged children with language disorders that impact classroom performance. She has additional interests in fluency disorders and accent reduction therapy. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed to practice speech-language pathology in Virginia and Maryland.
