- This agency manifests the College's recognition of the need for a joint effort in certain crucial areas, such as those delineated in the AAUP-ACE-AGBUC'S Joint Statement on Government of Colleges and Universities (Section II).
- The membership of the Conference and the committees responsible to it suggest the nature and breadth of its appropriate concerns. Membership consists of the Academic Vice President (chair), Vice President for Business and Finance, Student Development and Developmnet and College Relations; the Jesusit Identity officer; chairs of the Academic Senate and Faculty Council; four faculty representatives (one each from Business, Humanities, Sciences, and Social Sciences); SGA president, Graduate Student Association President; Staff Council representative; Administrator Council Representative. All faculty, administrators, staff, and students have legitimate interest in how College-wide issues are addressed and can contribute to their constructive resolution. Thus, all have representatives in the Conference.

The HR Policies and Procedures Committee accomplishes this by attending Staff Council meetings; examining minutes and committee notes; and reviewing policies and procedures in order to properly dispose of key issues and concerns. In most cases, the Committee works directly with Human Resources to resolve issues and is responsible for maintaining active documentation files of all inquiries made and received on behalf of the Staff Council. Reports on its progress at each general business meeting of the Staff Council.

Examines and discusses strategic vision for both sites and makes recommendations on the proper course of action for future development.
