The Evergreen Fund is a vital source of income and support for Loyola College. The most important objective of the Evergreen Fund is to secure the participation of a growing number of alumni and parents each year. Participation at all levels, ranging from $25 to more than $1,000, demonstrates endorsement by our alumni and parents for the many exciting educational initiatives taking place at Loyola. The Evergreen Fund provides resources to meet needs that tuition does not fully fund. These needs include financial aid, new and upgraded technology and equipment, new faculty and new programs such as The Alpha Program and the Catholic Studies Program. Excellence in these areas enables Loyola to attract the top candidates for admission into its undergraduate and graduate programs, thus preparing tomorrow's leaders today. Would it surprise you to know that Evergreen Fund 2005-06 raised over $4.69 million to meet a critical agenda of needs? To generate $4.69 million from the College's endowment, the institution would need nearly another $100 million in endowment -- a vast increase in the current size of Loyola's $150 million endowment. The Evergreen Fund is the driving force in providing these much needed additional resources. Interested in seeing more?
