The Executive Council of Parents The Loyola College Executive Council of Parents is a leadership group of parents that allows parents the opportunity to participate in a meaningful way in the educational experience of their children. Member parents serve as advocates for Loyola by actively engaging fellow parents in the life of the College. Member couples serve as honorary co-hosts for parent events held in their area. They attend the event themselves and also assist Loyola staff by promoting the event through phone calls to other area parents. Executive Council member parents also encourage other parents to support Loyola’s annual Parents’ Fund, and are asked to personally endorse the Fund by making a leadership gift at The John Early Society level. These generous couples set the pace for parent giving and inspire others to support Loyola. If you would like more information about the Executive Council of Parents, please contact Ken Ferrara ’93, EMBA ’03 at 410-617-2649 or via email at kferrara@loyola.edu. or Julie Ryder ’03 at 410-617-5289 or via email at jryder1@loyola.edu. Members of the Executive Council of Parents and their children are invited each year to a special luncheon scheduled during Family Weekend. This year’s luncheon will be held on Saturday, September 29 at the Tremont Grand in downtown Baltimore. Executive Council of Parents members enjoyed themselves at last year's luncheon at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center in downtown Baltimore.
