On-Campus Interviews

For full-time, part-time, internship, or summer opportunities, employers are invited to conduct campus interviews with undergraduate and graduate candidates from Loyola. We will work closely with you in selecting the most appropriate date for your visit and assist you with advertising your positions to potential candidates. More than 150 Fortune 500 companies visit our campus each year to interview candidates.

On-campus interviews are conducted from October through April. A typical on-campus interview schedule begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m. A standard interview schedule accomodates 11, 30-minute interviews with 75 minutes for lunch and two, 15-minute breaks. However, we can arrange your interview schedule to fit your needs.

Inclement Weather – Early Closing Policy
When the University is closed or has a delayed opening, on-campus interviews and programs with visiting employers will be cancelled accordingly. When the university is closed for part of a day, call 410-617-2232 for information. If no one answers, leave your name and a number at which we can contact you to let you know the status of the interviews and to determine an alternative campus interview date.
