Networking

The Career Center provides two major networking resources:

Alumni Career Network
A network of approximately 1000 alumni volunteers who serve as career resources for fellow alumni and current students.  Alumni can offer perspectives on industries and functional areas; provide guidance with the graduate school search and application process; knowledge of hiring resources within their fields/organizations; and provide advice and assistance for job seekers.  Some alumni are also willing to serve as mentors for those students who are seeking an ongoing mentoring relationship.

Hounds4Hire
In addition to serving as Loyola’s on-campus recruiting tool, Hounds4Hire houses a contact database with over 1,500 employers.  Students and alumni may utilize Hounds4Hire both to browse job postings and to contact employers within their field of interest.  Please contact The Career Center for more information and to activate your account.
