Rental Fee Classroom rental fees are calculated at a NEW $10 per person rate at the Graduate Center - Timonium Campus. This new fee does not cover the minimum of coffee set-up that is required for all our events. Each event planner is required to order a minimum of coffee set-up from one of our approved caterers and coordinate payment independent from our contract for the rest of your reservation. This fee includes set-up, signage, technology, technological assistance and other conferencing needs. All classrooms include an electronic projection screen, overhead projector and TV/VCR. Although not available at this time, video-conferencing over IP may incur additional charges. Visitors are greeted by our comprehensive lobby display and personnel at the facility management window. Conference registration is conducted in our spacious lobby, which is close to restrooms and wide enough to accommodate large group sign-in. |
