Interlibrary Loan

Faculty and students may request delivery of books or periodical articles to the Timonium Campus. You may request books and articles through the electronic form of the Loyola Notre Dame Library. (You can reach them via the links below.) Books are free, but there is a $2.00 fee for each photocopied article.

The Loyola Notre Dame Library can also borrow items from other libraries and deliver them to the Timonium Campus. This is called Interlibrary Loan. Use the same electronic form that you use to request books from the Loyola Notre Dame Library to request Interlibrary Loan materials. Books and articles requested from other libraries can take two to three weeks (or longer during busy times of the year) to arrive. To save yourself time and money, before requesting articles, you may want to check to see if the article is available in one of the Loyola Notre Dame Library's growing number of full-text databases.

Online or at the library station in Room 130, you may obtain detailed information and forms for requesting materials to be sent to you at the Timonium Center. Pick up materials from the library station in Room 130. There, you may also turn in borrowed materials, interlibrary loan forms, or document delivery request forms to the center receptionist at the front desk.
