Student Information

ID Cards
You may obtain your Loyola ID card in the Timonium - Facility Management office 02 on Monday – Thursday (8:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.) and Friday – Saturday (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).

This card has multiple uses and is valid during each semester that you are currently enrolled at Loyola. It does the following:

• Grants access for all graduate students to the 24-hour areas at both campuses. These areas include: Resource Center 78A, restrooms, vending machines, computer lab 01, classroom 03, and conference room 76.
• Shows your student ID number, directly under your name, which is used with Records when registering and is your initial password for Moodle and Outlook.
• Enables you to credit money to the magnetic strip on the back of the card, which can then be used for photocopying and vending.  This can be done at the Value Transfer Station located in the Resource Center (78A).
• Displays your 14-digit personalized library code (located above the magnetic strip on the reverse side of the card). This code is utilized when accessing the Loyola/Notre Dame Library electronic databases via the Internet and when ordering inter-Library loan materials.

Reservations
All space outside of the 24-hour area must be scheduled with the facility scheduler at 410-617-1998. These uses may include team meetings, doctoral defenses, breakout rooms, counseling labs, study space, or supervision sessions.

Other Information

• Facility Management (02 Front Window) is available for general assistance.
• Vending and photocopying is available in the Resource Center 78A.
• The Resource Center 78A is a large, comfortable 24 hour study area located at the juncture of the North and East Corridors.
• Meditation room 43 is available via ID card when the building is open.
• Library materials can be picked up and dropped off at the facility management lobby window.
• Faculty who teach at each campus are given a semester mailbox at that location.
• Madonna reservations are coordinated for nursing mothers who require private space.
• Inclement weather closings and delays are announced via WBAL radio, television, and the Loyola home page at www.loyola.edu.
