The Evergreen Card (One-Card System)

As a part of registration, each incoming student is issued a picture ID card by Student Administrative Services (SAS), which is located in MH 140. This card carries a magnetic encoded strip which carries identity information specific to the student. It is used for security "card-key" access to secured areas such as dorms and computer labs. It also functions as a debit card for the student and is honored at the College cafeterias, concession outlets, bookstore, vending machines, and other areas where cash would otherwise be required. It also functions as a Library card at the Loyola Notre Dame Library. Details regarding fund maintenance and restrictions are provided as part of the registration material which is sent to all parents.

Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to campus police x5010.
