Technology Services Maintenance Policy

The time between 6:00 am and noon on most Sunday mornings has been set aside by the College to allow for system maintenance and upgrades. Therefore, interruptions in connecting to the campus computer network and to network-delivered applications such as e-mail should be expected during this time period on most Sundays.

Sunday Mornings That Are Exempt From Routine Technology Services Maintenance Unless Special Conditions Arise:

Fall Semester:

• Sunday of Labor Day Student Check-in
• Sunday of Family Weekend
• Sunday preceding Finals
• Sunday of Finals
• Sunday following Finals
• Last Sunday of the calendar year

Spring Semester:

• Sunday of Move-In Weekend
• Sunday of Finals
• Sunday following Finals

Summer:

• Sunday of Alumni Milestone Reunion Weekend
• Sunday preceding Freshman Orientation Session I
• Sunday preceding Freshman Orientation Session III
