Loyola students have ample opportunities to enrich their spiritual lives through retreats and regular worship. They can join one (or more) of 170+ clubs and student organizations. They can work at Apprentice House—the only campus based student-run publishing company in the country. The reasons are plentiful. The result? Loyola’s 16 residence halls are way more than four cinder block walls and a concrete floor. These are spacious, modern, fully furnished apartment–style homes—equipped with heating and air conditioning, laundry facilities, vending machines, and recreation areas. So while we may not be able to duplicate the feeling of being home, our top priority is ensuring that your son or daughter is comfortable—and above all—safe. It’s no wonder our residence halls are known as some of the best dorms you’all ever see on a college campus. In fact, according to the Princeton Review’s annual “Dorms like Palaces” list, our on–campus residence halls are among the best in the country.
