Favorite Quote:  "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us."                      --Nelson Mandela

Interests:  I have been playing guitar for 14 years and I am very involved in music both on and off campus.

My favorite thing about the LWC . . .  is being able to help people. It sounds very cliché, but I have met so many people who come to the writing center and are really stressed out about their papers and it's a great feeling when they walk out after a session feeling like they have a much better handle on their work.

My worst experience as a writer/student . . .  was when I accidentally slept through my very first final at Loyola. There was some confusion on my part as to when the final was and somehow I thought that I was taking it on the last day of exams rather than the first. Fortunately, my professor was very accommodating and let me take the final the next day but I'll never forget how mortified I was when a classmate woke me up and told me I missed the final.
