Free Fall Baltimore Interested in experiencing Baltimore’s rich artistic and cultural scene without spending a dime? Now you can, thanks to this special promotion from the Office of Mayor O’Malley and the Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts. During October and November, venues across the city will be sponsoring hundreds of activities—including live music, dance, theatre, museum exhibitions, and more—that are free and open to the public.
