Datatel’s Colleague and Benefactor systems are administered by the Application Systems Development (ASD) department. Colleague includes the financial, human resources and student system applications. Benefactor includes the database application for alumni. ASD als provides Colleague and Benefactor training as well as a help line (x5555, option 3); performs data transfers; develops additional databases; supports additional Web-based and client/server applications; and conducts periodic administrative user meetings and forums.
