| The Novell system is Loyola's main network operating system. It delivers the Novell Application Launcher (or NAL, for short), your shared network drives, your printing assignments, and many other features to your office computer. It also provides many tools that the Technology Service Center can use to assist you with any computer issues that you encounter. How do I log in to Novell? The Novell login screen is what you see when you first sit down at your computer in the morning after you turn it on. There will be a prompt that asks you to "Press Control+Alt+Delete to log on." After pressing Control+Alt+Delete, you will be asked for your username and password. If you were the last person to log in to this computer, your username will already be in the "Username" box. Type your password into the "Password" box, and click on the "OK" button in the lower right hand corner of the window. The system will now log you in. |
