Site Executive (SE) is the College's Web content management system. It places the power of Web page creation and maintenance within easy grasp of administrative departments and campus organizations.  SE provides the tools for text, navigation and link creation among other features. Users work with established templates to create pages consistent with the "look and feel" of Loyola's homepage that can be seen live on the Internet within minutes.  

Procedures to Begin Using Site Executive

  1. Request to have your site moved into Site Executive (SE)
  2. Training and Development moves your site into SE
  3. Take SE Training
    It is strongly recommended that department representatives take SE training within 45 days after their site is moved into SE
  4. Make any necessary changes to your site and publish it.
    Users are strongly urged to publish their new site within 60 days after training is completed
